CONCEPT IN DEVELOPMENT
NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
One manufacturing platform
The same bottle architecture can serve AGO brands, institutional programs and customer-specific private labels—without multiplying the industrial platform.
A physical and digital environment where customers can evaluate packaging, presentation and expansion opportunities.
DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER CHANNEL
Four automated 24/7 water-and-ice locations serving the Borderplex with affordable access, consistent purified-water quality and a low-OPEX operating model.
THE NETWORK
Available through the network: water + ice + WW WAVE WATER
Churches and community organizations help connect Daylight with families. Institutions can also provide prepaid water access or WW bottled water to the communities and programs they serve.
Automated service and remote monitoring support reliable access around the clock, while modular locations allow capacity to grow where demand is proven.
Daylight is a business built around an essential need: the more families we serve, the stronger the business becomes.
AUTARKY · In-house packaging self-sufficiency
AUTARKY is AGO’s production model for packaging independence and stronger unit economics. The platform is designed to manufacture bottles and closures, treat and fill water, print labels, develop customer branding and coordinate regional delivery within one operating system.
Integrated operations
The facility brings treatment, packaging, filling, quality, design and finished-goods flow together in one coordinated production environment.
From customer request to coordinated production and confirmed delivery.
Conceptual representation of AGO’s planned operating model and projected infrastructure.
Designed for material flow, shared infrastructure and future capacity.
Bottle and closure production designed to support proprietary brands and customer-specific programs.
A coordinated system for purified, alkaline and future fruit-forward beverage formats.
A Borderplex location designed to shorten supply chains and support responsive customer service.
External technical recognition
Brenu, the equipment manufacturer developing AGO’s proposed bottling-line configuration, selected the project as a featured Mexico–U.S. case on its corporate website. The feature presents a flexible system designed for approximately 3,500–4,000 bottles per hour, multiple PET formats, purified water and future pulp-containing beverages.
The featured line is only the starting point. AGO’s complete factory is being designed to extend beyond the initial equipment project through in-house packaging, label production, water treatment, automation, customer-brand development and direct retail channels.
AGO remains in development and financing. Final procurement, factory acceptance testing, installation and commissioning will follow funding and facility readiness. View Brenu’s project feature ↗The Borderplex Region
